Handles all routine and emergency maintenance calls - 24 hours

Full time, radio dispatched maintenance crew, emergency service

Collects all Building & Ground applications

Negotiates and supervises association vendor contract services

Association Dues - billing and collection

Monthly property and financial records

Attends monthly Board meetings
